At Snow White, we'd like to clarify a few points regarding your rights and our responsibilities! We have a strict return and exchange policy based on specific principles. For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not permitted after 7 days from the order date. Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately to address any inquiries.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you must take a photo of the invoice, product, and shipping label within 4 hours of receiving the order. Products must be in their original condition for return. Customers are responsible for a return shipping fee of 80. This fee also applies to promotional offers that include free delivery.
If the customer refuses to accept the order or cancels it during the delivery process, the shipping cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value. Returns or compensation for products are not permitted according to the offer terms.
In the event that products are received that are different from what was ordered, the different product will be returned provided it has not been opened, used, damaged, or disposed of. Otherwise, the customer will bear the cost of the different product. Only the product amount will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) within 15 business days from the date the refund is approved by the website. The amount will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made. Product safety is subject to Articles (15) and (16/2) of the Executive Regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce System. Slight leakage of the product may occur during shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. This does not affect its quality, validity, or usability, and this leakage is not considered a significant defect that requires return or exchange.
