Shipping and delivery

The shipping period takes from 7 to 28 business days, and may increase in cases of severe pressure (Friday and Saturday are holidays).

Entered data: Please ensure that the entered data is correct (name, mobile number that receives calls, text messages, and WhatsApp, email, address). This data will be relied upon when shipping and delivering the order and cannot be modified due to the direct link between the order system and the shipping companies’ system, so please pay attention.


Traveling outside Saudi Arabia: If the customer travels outside Saudi Arabia, please inform us a maximum of two weeks before the travel date to speed up the processing and shipping of the order so that it arrives at the appropriate time. We apologize for any requests that do not meet the duration requirement. Modifying Shipping Address: Modifying the shipping address after placing an order may result in additional delays in delivery. Therefore, please write the correct address when completing the order.


Delivery delay: The store is not responsible for any delay in delivery or return in the event that the data for the shipment such as the address, contact number, or any other change changes.


City name: Please enter the direct city name. It is not allowed to register the nearest city or the name of the region or governorate to avoid delaying the arrival of the order or its return by the shipping company.


Mobile numbers: It is prohibited to use international numbers for orders within the Kingdom, and a mobile number is required to receive calls and WhatsApp messages. Shipping process: Shipping companies undertake the shipping, delivery and delivery process from 7 to 28 days, and it may increase in cases of extreme pressure or on holidays and official occasions. If the customer travels or changes the place of receipt, we apologize for canceling the order or refunding the amount. The receiving address is changed by communicating with the shipping company. The process may be delayed if the product is not available or there is pressure on the store or shipping companies. The customer’s failure to respond to shipping company messages and communications increases the delivery time.


Order follow-up: Follow-up of the order and shipment with shipping companies is the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to follow the shipping companies’ messages and communicate with them to determine a suitable time to receive the shipment. We completely disclaim responsibility if you turn off your mobile phone, ignore the sent messages, and do not follow up on the order with the shipping companies or receive the order from them.


Cancellation of the order: If the customer does not respond to the shipping company’s messages and communications and delivery attempts are exhausted, the order will be canceled immediately and returned by the shipping company. Please contact us immediately and within 4 hours of canceling the order to arrange sending the canceled shipment, paying the return shipping value of 76 Saudi riyals. If you do not contact us within 4 hours from the date of cancellation, the shipment will be destroyed immediately. Please be careful and pay attention to this.
