- If the customer is traveling outside Saudi Arabia, please inform us at least two weeks in advance of the travel date so that we can expedite the preparation and shipping of the order so that it arrives on time. We apologize for any requests that do not meet the time requirement.
- Please ensure that the entered data is correct (name - mobile number - email - address). The entered data will be used when shipping and delivering the order, and we cannot make any changes to it due to the direct connection between the order system and the shipping company system, so please pay attention.
- If you change your shipping address after ordering, it may take longer than usual to deliver your order. We are not responsible for any damages, so please ensure you provide the correct address when placing your order.
- The store is not responsible for any delay in delivery or return in the event of a change in the shipment data such as: (address, contact number, or any other change).
- Please enter the name of the city directly, and do not register the nearest city, region or governorate name, to avoid delaying the arrival of the order or its return by the shipping company.
- It is not permitted to use international numbers for orders within the Kingdom. A mobile number that can receive calls and WhatsApp messages is required.
- Shipping companies handle the shipping and delivery of your order from 14 days to 28 days or more in case of high volume (Friday and Saturday are holidays). In case the customer travels or changes the delivery location, we apologize for canceling the order or refunding the amount, and the delivery address will be changed by contacting the shipping company. On holidays and official occasions, delivery will take place after the official period of the occasion ends (there are no refunds). Please note that the process may take longer in case the product is not available or there is a demand pressure on the store or the shipping companies. Also, your failure to respond to messages and calls from the shipping companies increases the duration.
- Following up on the shipment of the order with the shipping companies is the customer's responsibility. Please be careful, alert, and follow up on the shipping companies' messages and communicate with them to determine the appropriate time to receive the shipment. We are completely disclaimer of responsibility in the event that the mobile phone is turned off, or the messages sent are ignored, and the order is not followed up with the shipping companies or received from them.
- Dear customers, if you do not respond to the shipping company’s messages and calls and the company’s specified delivery attempts to receive your orders have been exhausted, the order will be immediately cancelled and returned by the shipping company. Please be careful and contact us immediately and within 4 hours of the order being cancelled by the shipping company so that we can re-arrange sending the cancelled shipment to you by paying the re-shipping fee of 76 Saudi riyals. However, if you do not contact us within 4 hours of the cancellation date, the shipment will be destroyed immediately. Accordingly, we have been notified and we ask you to be careful and aware of this.
- Dear customers, please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. If there is a defect in the products, please contact us immediately within 4 hours of receiving the order and send a copy of the invoice attached to the order via the customer service number - WhatsApp. If the permitted time for reporting is exceeded, it will be considered misuse and storage by the customer.
- Product Safety According to Articles (15) and (16/2) of the Executive Regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce System, a slight leakage of the product may occur during shipping due to circumstances beyond its control, and this does not affect its quality, validity, or usability, and this leakage is not considered an effective defect that requires return or replacement.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from your total amount and a return fee will be deducted.
- If the customer receives products that are different from what he ordered, the customer will be able to return the different product provided that it has never been opened or used. If the product has been used or the customer refuses to cooperate with the shipping company to return the product, the customer will be required to pay the value of the other product.

- We disclaim any responsibility for the shipping of the Body Butter product or the kit containing the product.
